1. Return Eligibility
You can request a return under the following conditions:
The item is unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
The return request is submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
The product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part.
Please note that certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and security reasons:
Digital products (e.g., eBooks, software, digital downloads).
Personalized or custom-made items.
Goods sold at a discounted price or on clearance (as indicated at the time of purchase).
2. The Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
Contact Us: Email us at support@havenly.buzz within the eligible return period. Please include your order number and the reason for the return. If applicable, photos of the damaged or defective product are greatly appreciated.
Receive Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide you with further instructions and the return address if needed.
Ship the Item: Once your return is approved, please ship the item to the address we provide. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your peace of mind. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product).
3. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect the returned item:
If your return is approved, we will process a refund to your original method of payment.
You will receive a notification email confirming the refund.
Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider’s processing time.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Products that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Non-returnable items listed above (digital, custom, etc.).
Return shipping costs (unless the error was ours).
Items that do not have a manufacturing defect or are not different from the description.
