  • Orders placed Monday–Friday​ before 4:00 PM (CST)​ will be processed and shipped within 1 business day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • For items with specific shipping timelines (e.g., pre-orders or custom products), details will be listed on the product page.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

I partner with reliable carriers to balance cost and delivery speed. Depending on your location and order specifics, shipments may be fulfilled via:

  • USPS​ (U.S. Postal Service)

  • UPS​ or FedEx​ (for expedited options)

  • Other trusted regional carriers

3. Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: Currently, I ship within the United States.

  • International Shipping: Not available at this time.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, package weight, and selected delivery speed.

  • Free shipping​ may be offered for orders over a certain amount (e.g., $50+). Any such promotions will be clearly displayed.

5. Delivery Times

  • Domestic: 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

  • Delays due to carrier issues, weather, or events beyond my control are not guaranteed but will be communicated proactively.

6. International Customs & Taxes

This section is reserved for future international shipping. Currently, no international duties or taxes apply.

7. Returns & Shipping Responsibilities

  • If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, I’ll cover return shipping costs and send a replacement.

  • For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for return shipping fees. Please contact me within 7 days of receipt.

  • Refunds or replacements are processed upon receipt and inspection of returned items.
